The Ramsey REP 8.5E Winch is a great all around winch and an excellent value. The Ramsey REP Series utilizes the proven and efficient 3-stage planetary gear system. In addition, the REP 8.5E comes with a low amp draw permanent magnet electric 2.5HP motor for powerful pulling strength.

The Ramsey REP 8.5E has the solenoid assembly seperate so it can be mounted remotely. This style winch is required for the ShrockWorks Toyota 4Runner Winch Bumper & the Toyota Tacoma Winch Bumpers. Our Nissan, Jeep and Suzuki Winch Bumpers will also accept an integrated solenoid style winch.
